We know by now that Guitar Hero III has posted some big sales figures, but new reports are showing that the game is helped numerous featured bands in the game boost their record sales. Following the North American release of the game, Roadrunner Records announced that the album “InHuman Rampage” from the band Dragonforce saw a 126% increase in sales. Their song “Through the Fire and Flames” is featured in the game. Slipknot was yet another band under the Roadrunner label that also saw its sales increase after the release of Guitar Hero III.
