No just single player. Played it earlier this morning, just a 15mb download. It has a different feel than the one I played on the Xbox, more sluggish/slower paced fighter. Brings a tougher challenge. Achievements are pathetic, seriously. It's like they're giving them away for free. It's literally like being given 250 gamerscore points for taking a shit. Go nuts if you're an achievement puss, 200 easy.
