Gamecube DRE

So, my GC has up and decided to just stop reading disks. If I keep resetting the system then the game will eventually start, but then whenever something loads off the disk it stops and says that the disk is damaged. Dumb.

So, anyone have an DRE fixes for the ol' 'cube?
