Just wanted to point it out :)
That's what you get for stealing Hazel Mae from the Blue Jay beat. Blue Jays will be the AL Wildcard :)

2nd place is a tie actually, but either way, Sox in 4th!

Not it's not
The Yankees won their fourth straight and 15th in 17 games, and moved one-half game ahead of Boston, which lost in Toronto, for second place in the AL East. It's the first time since April 10 New York was higher than third in the division.

Weird, but maybe cuz we have the season series on them?

These past 3 nights have been great since the Yanks won and the Sox lost. Hopefully the two teams will continue these trends this weekend :D

Well, you can still say they are in second place, but they are TIED for second place. If this was the last day of the year and a wildcard in another division had a better record, we would have to play Toronto in a one game match.

The Blue Jays earned an 8-1 win over the Red Sox on Thursday night to seal a series sweep and move into second place in the American League East for the first time in more than three weeks. That's the latest the Jays have ranked that high since June 23, 2003, when they sat just one game out of the top spot.

Great, and w/ only about 3,000 games left, it's almost over.
FYI, one should only have one team that can be called "your" team.

Be fair. We know they stop playin hard post-June, but that can change, right? right?

can't wait until June.. it's the Jays best month.. 21 wins in June 2 years ago.. do that again and we'll be in first :)

When you live in Canada you can have two. As a Canadian you automatically root for the lone Canadian team in the MLB & NBA, and if you have an American team that you like you can also have it as your other top team you root for.

i agree, if Baltimore wasn't there, or sucked.. they wouldn't have swept the jays, and they'd be in first :)
