It's called rpg inferno, there's a free and premium version. The rpg is very good, and a lot of forums use it and encounter no problems. Remember these sell the premium version for money, so you know they put a lot of effort into it. The free version is basically the same thing as the premium.

They're coming out with a crazy version 3 which contains a world map for you to explore and battle monsters in.

admin cp -> RPG Battle Control -> Add New AI Battle Bot

And I believe you have to add items and such too.
