Microsoft is awesome!

I was having problems with my power supply. It was really loud, like sometimes it would be louder than the console. I couldn't watch movies with the volume low because I couldn't hear the movie. Well I called Microsoft and told them about my problem. They said that they will send me a box and I will send in mine. I was like ok, I will be off the 360 for like a week while I wait for my new one. Well I get home today, and there is a box from Microsoft, and a brand new power supply is in it. I was so happy that I didn't have to send mine in first. I still have to send in my old one, but I don't have to wait for the brand new one. That is so cool. Microsoft is doing a great job with the 360.

Wow, that's the first time I've heard them do that. I guess since it's external, it's not that big of a deal. Very cool, indeed.

seems like MS has been sending stuff first alot, my friend complained about his controller buttons not working they told him to send in his controller, he didnt do it and they already sent him a new controller

Yeah, it is really nice not having this annoying whining sound while playing games. I would seriously have to turn up the volume a lot just to drown out the noice of the power supply. And if I played at night, forget about hearing the game.
