Internet Explorer 7 to include tabbed browsing

"Some people have asked why we didn't put tabs in IE sooner," he said. "Initially, we had some concerns around complexity and consistency--will it confuse users more than it benefits them? Is it confusing if IE has tabs, but other core parts of the Windows experience, like Windows Media Player or the shell, don't have tabs?"


Cool stuff. I am an IE person so this is a nice advance.

I saw that on Attack of the show. I will get it but im sure im going to stick with firefox.

It's all about Opera. It even kicks Firefox's a5s. It loads ridiculously fast, and the pages just seem to jump onto your page. I heart Opera.

What resolution do you run? :p It's not an issue with my resolution.

And I personally like Firefox more than Opera.

I'm happy with Firefox, there isn't any need to change.

I wonder if we'll still be plagued with security problems with the new IE 7. Yeah firefox caught a bit of hell.. but 3 forced revisions are better than years of flaws.
