New threads magically turning old

I've noticed that when I'm browsing threads in a given forum that when I return to the forum page/thread listing it will mark threads I haven't yet read as "old." Is it me or is it you?

Yea, I've been noticing that alot. It seems the cookie doesn't last longer than 2 minutes. Gonna look into that.

I think it is a setting in the VB admin CP..
