3 versions of 360

I recall a while back that supposedly, MS was suppose to make 3 versions of the 360. The two existing ones plus a sort of PC version. Whatever happend to that? The only explanation I have is that MS is waiting for the next medium of HD-DVD or Blu-ray to decide. does anyone else remember this or am I just smoking too much weed? or does anyone know what happend to that idea or am I just smoking too much weed?

Never heard of 3 versions. I sure hope they don't make another version.

Nope, they never annouced a third version. That was just remours spread out over the internet, like most of the stuff you heard about the 360 back in the day.

I heard of it as well, but obviously chose to go with the two routes like now.

There was an announcement from Peter Moore that there will possibly be a add-on HD-DVD for the system - but no date has been set yet.
