MS Service Department sucks too

So I had to send in my xbox 360 to get repaired last week. Early this morning I recieved my 360 back...well my new one, a paper inside said it's a new replacement system.

Now the problem is when I called they told me to send my 360 and the power supply.. and all they sent back was the 360 :( UGH

So I was typing this while on the phone with them again.. and the guy just told me I should get the powersupply tomorrow morning. So just one more day until I get to play again, it's been about a total of two weeks now since the system broke down on me.

I just called MS again today because I haven't recieved my power supply yet.

So basically the guy tells me that the first person I talked to shouldn't have told me to send in my power suppy. Then the 2nd guy who I talked to about getting a PS sent to me shouldn't have told me it was going to be overnight. He said standard procedure is 5 to 6 business days :(

Basically I talked to the guy for about 10 minutes because I was up set about this of course. I didn't get hostle or anything, it's not that guys fault, so way make his day shitty. But I did have some questions. He basically told me how things work there, and reveled some flaws, and pointing them out didn't help, but it's just nice knowing that some loser bum just wanting to play some 360 can point out the idiocy of the operations.

GAH! Okay rant over I guess.

Just go to the city of Loma Linda (where I am right now).... it's all seveth day adventise (sp, don't feel like looking it up) and it's weird.. no mail on saturday, it comes on Sunday instead.
