Cheaters on Quake 4?

Tonight I finally tried out Q4 on Live. Was going to play some ranked matches to work up to the achievement, but second match I get into there is a guy, not going to say his actual gamertag, but he had the word cheat in his name. Everyone in the game was lagged out and couldn't move, except for the guy with cheat in his name. I could see him moving across my screen without him having any problems, and he was the only one getting kills. Hax? or No?:huh:

hmmm, so next game I play in, I hear the guys talking about how the host of the game has a supreme advantage in the game. My only problem with this is, if you get into a game like the one I talked about before, and can't do anything, you get penalized for leaving the game and it hurts your ranking. So you either get to stay in there let someone kill you while you can do nothing and lose out on rank, or leave and lose out on rank...... GG Now that guy is sending me multiple invites to Q4 games...hrm
