Microsoft today announced that they will be opening a Microsoft Games Studios branch in Europe, which will be located in Reading, United Kingdom and Phil Spencer will be the leading man in charge. The branch will specialize in communications with European companies, which include Bizarre Creations, Rare, Lionhead, Remedy, and Real Time Worlds.
