I don't know if rep is staying or not, that's Casper's dept. What I do know is that right now members are set at 0 reputation power. Which means any rep you give is neutral.

Trade it all day, won't make a difference for now.

It's fixed - I had it set as default - mostly saying that you needed a certain amount of posts and have been here for a certain amount of time before being able to impact someone's rep.

It should be better now.

Look in your User CP - that shows your rep, or it should. In each post you have, there's icons on the right, the little bars. Just put your mouse over it and it says what comment you have for it.
