I like pretty much all of them so far except for the flamethrower.

I just used the pilot for the first time. Woe for the other team. You can get that thing in a lot of tight spots and you make a pretty decent explosion when they take you out. One run killed maybe 7 of them before they got me and took out another three in my crash landing.

A lot of the hosts suck, just playing the same map the same way over and over again. So far I pretty much play deathmatch no matter what the setting is. Haven't really learned the objective yet.

Eh, that's all I've got. Barely slept.

Really gorgeous game. Maybe the most beautiful graphics on the Xbox. Voice-work is all top-notch so far, and while their seem to be a lot of loading screens, they're really quick. Single player is hilarious, so far. Never played Bad Fur Day, so it's all new to me.

Multi, on the other hand, is freakin' nuts. Especially at first, extremely daunting. Total mayhem at every turn, especially on the smaller maps. Vehicles control a little wonky, but are passable once you figure out the controls. I like the points and levelling system, so far. Good stuff. I'm a Sargeant now, and my character of choice is definitely the Sneeker. I love beheading critters w/ my katana.

So, enough talk, more Conker...

I like the sneeker, but the sword just seems so damn random. I can roll up to someone w/ full health and decapitate him or i can hack away at him for days.

We should set up a private room and nail down the specifics of the weapons and the upgrades.

I really don't like that spaceship level though. It's better with the demolishers off, but still just pure mayhem. You did well at it though.

Yeah, I was getting good at that level. I ran the orb or whatever it is to their base a couple times w/ my Sneeker. Won the match w/ my two points. Could you tell what movie that level is ripped from?

It kind of reminds me of RTCW. But faster paced, and great graphics. Very hyperkinetic game, but the Demolisher seems to be a bit of a heavy, and overused. At least you have the option to deny certain class types when you set up the game.

I don't think the Demolisher is really unbalanced, just that too many of them can wreck a a map. Which seems to happen especially on certain levels.

It sucks when I want to play as another class, but the only solution is to respond w/ rockets. One combo I noticed a couple people using today was keeping a demolisher and a cloaked sneeker together. Everytime someone came to take out the Demolisher the Sneeker just decapitated them.

I never said unbalanced, just that he's a bit of a heavy, and overused. :p Meh, I've decapitated dozens of demolishers w/ my sneeker. But I'll remember that when we're playing deathmatch games and you're on the rockets. Might be a good combo to put a sneeker w/ an imbedded sniper, too. Especially as the SHC on the beach assault map.

Geeze, played for hours today, and still gonna get another couple rounds in before bed.

Holy hell, this game is SICK!

It reminds me a ton of RTCW - and has a huge learning curve with how to get used to changing weapons and what has to be done on each map.

With the maps and classes, in a way. It's a completely different game from the campaign, trust me. Controls, look and feel make the Live aspect of it completely different.

Almost bought this game today, but decided to pick up Battlefield 2 instead. I'll get it for sure in like 2 or 3 days though, gotta get my new debit card first though.

It sounds fun though, and I saw the graphics at EB, played a little bit, looks really nice.

Man, this game makes Halo 2 look like dogshit in my book. Takes the good stuff from RTCW and just takes all the chains off. Fantastic looking game, and the most fun I've had on Live since Crimson Skies and Rainbow 6.

Color me addicted.

I bought the game yesterday and would you believe I beat it already (never played the N64 version, either). I basically just vegged out playing it - total game time was 13 hours. I know I spent a dam long time in the club just watching him dance (had a few in me and thought it was hilarious with the heavy-bassed techno). Dam good game, one of my fav platformers now, next to Psychonauts. Multi-player - here I come!

I just can't seem to get into the single player. I'm just...I don't know. Not feeling it. It's hard to go from the chaos of Conker on Live to the relatively easy going, laid back pace of the single player. I'm sure I'll get to it at some point, but just can't peel myself away from the multi.

In other news, I'm ranked in the top 150 w/ my Thermophile, now, and my Sneeker is getting better and better. :ninja:

I know I really suck with the sneeker, I don't know I just can't get the timing for the combo's right or something, I usually end up getting pwned when I run into something as one.

I'm an alright sniper, all depends on the map, Beach Dead somewhat, but Ditch is a good one.

I'm usually demolisions though. I'm getting a pretty decent and racking up the kill counts with not many deaths now.
