Was he adopted?
It'll probably be along the lines of him thinking he's too smart to be apart of his current family. Him being adopted I don't think has ever been a topic, Meg having a different father has been, but not Stewie. I believe he discovers he's gay in this DVD too.

That would be stupid if he turned out to be gay.
I guess that's what they consider edge now.

But he also throws sexy parties!
But yeah he is gay- he has brought it up along the lines of "wouldn't it be ironic if I turned out gay" or someting like like

They've shown him in the future where he had a wife, and also recently as a stoner teenager with no indication if he was gay.
And didn't he have a little girlfriend in one of the episodes.

STEWIE IS NOT GAY!!!
But you wouldn't notice that while yo've been writing your novel. You know, the novel you've been writing, the one you've been writing for 3v years? Quite a while now. How's the plot coming along? Got a litte intrigue? Little mystery? Eh?

He put on his mother's lipstick and posed like a woman in the mirror?

He can't be adopted. He found his identical brother in Peter's sperm.

I've been trying to find some sort of loophole the whole time, that's the best I could come up with. We know Meg's father is Stan Thompson, and Chris' parents are Lois and Peter.
"There's the broken condom that led to my birth."
"And the resulting lawsuit bought us this house. [kiss] You're my favorite mistake."
And we know that Lois is Stewie's mother because... it showed him being born from here, the doctor also pulled a map of Europe with marked spots saying "Bomb Here."
Meh, I can't wait for the DVD.
