Engadget is reporting that a new version of the Xbox 360 codenamed Zephyr will be released later this year with an added HDMI port with full 1080p support and an enlarged HDD of 120gigs. However they are unclear if the HDD will ship with the revamped 360 or if it will be sold separately.
