Engadget is reporting that a new version of the Xbox 360 codenamed Zephyr will be released later this year with an added HDMI port with full 1080p support and an enlarged HDD of 120gigs. However they are unclear if the HDD will ship with the revamped 360 or if it will be sold separately.

I don't know if this is real or not. The picture they released, the one with the cover on, doesn't look official. I do believe they will release a new HDD. But I don't know when.
