Though I dont have a lot of faith in it I will give this a shot. Seen this and thought I would pass it along.

I'm on vacation at the moment, so when I get back I'll definately be giving this a try. I only have 1 DP in the lower-right portion of the screen. Doesn't bother me in the least, but if this might fix it, hey ...

Well it didnt work for me but I know people it did work for. Perhaps it could work for me in time?

You might have dead pixels and not stuck pixels. This only fixes stuck pixels.

Bah, my new DS has two on the top screen, and in conspicous locations, too. I'm gonna give it a week or two, but if they stay dead/stuck, I'm sending it in.

Hope you get yours fixed, Brev.

Yeah, well, they really don't affect the gameplay at all, and the pixels are so downright tiny that the stuck pixels are hardly noticeable even when the screen is completely black. At first I was a little bummed, but now I like to think of them as 'freckles', little birthmarks that distinguish my DS from all others. One is red, and one is blue. They're kind of cute, too. :hsdance:

It's really a vanity thing, I suppose. If it really bugs me at any point, I'll send it to Ninty to get fixed. The thing does have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and Ninty has promised to fix any DS's screens if they have dead pixels. So far, though, it's really nothing at all, and I can totally live w/ it.

Being that my pixel is white, and only really visible when the screen is all black, I'm assuming it's stuck, not dead. Hopefully it'll work.

Sorry to hear about your DS pixels dude ... it's good that the Big N is willing to do that for their handhelds though -- you can always count on them :o)

EDIT: Have the pixel thing running right now, although I'm tempted to stop it since Firmware v1.5 Homebrew just came out today, and I was enjoying some Zelda: Oracle of Ages. Ah, choices choices.
